Maybe it should be IN Whitney's pond

My pond is a journey... there is the first time construction and the next summer re-do...

Do not try shortcuts when pond building to save money...why?  because it will cost you more in the long run.

The pond sprung a serious leak..I was in the water fishing ICE out of the pond so I could find the fish to get them out.  I didn't know where the leak was and I was afraid I'd come home to fish frozen into the bottom of the pond.  Picture taken in February, 28 degree oustide temp.  Water temp probably not much more that 35-38.  Fish were saved and later I lost them due to a stupid accident which of course was my fault.  There was one fish that I couldn't find and figured it had died.  I found it about 3 weeks later in less than 2 feet of water, which had frozen over a number of times.  Spice is pictured on the Fish  page.
